How it works

There is one link.

Buy it and your website becomes the Special Link.

Every new owner pays exactly $1 more than the last. When they do, your website joins the ownership history permanently.

That's it.

It is not an auction. You are not bidding, and you are not refunded when somebody outbids you. You pay once, and the link is yours until the next person pays $1 more. That might be a month. It might be ten minutes. Somebody could take it off you before you have finished telling anyone, and that is the game.

What you keep. The link moves on. Your owner number does not. There will only ever be one Owner #001, and your website stays in the ownership history permanently, still clickable, with the price you paid beside it. That is the part nobody can outbid.

What you get. One link, for as long as it lasts. There is no listing, no description, no logo, no dashboard and no promise that anybody will click it. It is an internet novelty, not advertising. If you were hoping for a banner, this is the wrong website.

Endorsement. Whoever owns the link is not endorsed, vetted, recommended or in any way approved of by this site. We know nothing about them. They gave us money and typed a URL.

The rules. No illegal content, malware, phishing, pornography, hate or extremist material, or obvious scams. Buy the link for any of that and it gets removed, you get refunded, and the previous owner goes back on the homepage.

Buying the Special Link does not mean buying or owning the destination website. The payment only gives you ownership of the Special Link placement.
