Privacy

This is a website with one link on it. There is not much to collect, and we have not gone looking for more.

The URL you buy. Published on the homepage, then kept in the ownership history permanently. That is the point of the site, so it is not something we can delete later.

Your email, if you give one. It is optional. It is used to tell you when somebody takes the link off you, and for nothing else. No newsletter, no list, nobody else gets it. Ask and we will delete it.

Your payment details. We never see them. A payment provider handles checkout, and we only learn that a payment succeeded.

Visits. We keep simple site statistics: how many people are on the page right now, how many visitors since launch, and how many clicks the current link has received. These numbers are not tied to your identity.

Clicks on the link. When someone visits /go, they are redirected to the current owner's URL. We record that a click happened and update the counter for the current ownership period. We do not need to know who clicked.

Messages. Anything you send through contact is stored so we can read and answer it.
