Refunds

You bought a link.

Hopefully you're delighted with that decision. But if buyer's remorse kicks in, unfortunately we can't offer refunds simply because you've changed your mind.

The price and what you're buying are shown before checkout. Once purchased, your link goes live on the site until someone pays $1 more to take it.

That said, there are a few times you'll absolutely get your money back:

We remove your link. If it breaks the rules and we take it down, you'll be refunded and the previous owner goes back on the homepage.

Something went wrong at our end. Charged twice, charged without your link going live, or anything else that's clearly our mistake? Tell us and we'll fix it.

The law says so. If you're legally entitled to a refund where you live, that obviously takes priority over anything written here.

Either way, say hello if there's a problem and we'll sort it out.

Having someone buy the link after you isn't a problem, though. That's the entire product.
